Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis, caused by the gradual wearing of the cartilage that cushions a joint, most often in weight-bearing joints such as the knees and hips. It cannot be cured, but the right brace or support can help relieve pain, improve stability and keep you moving comfortably, working alongside the advice of your GP or physiotherapist.
