DonJoy® OA Clima-Flex Knee Brace for Osteoarthritis

Offloading knee brace with a cooling carbon-thread liner

The DonJoy® OA Clima-Flex is a wraparound brace for mild to moderate osteoarthritis in one side of the knee. Four degrees of correction are built into the frame, and a keyless dial at the hinge sets how much load is shifted off the worn compartment. It stays low profile under trousers and is made for light activity such as walking, golf or hiking.

Adjustment and fitting

• Keyless dual-action dial adjusts the offloading at the hinge, no tools needed
• Thigh and calf straps set the amount of compression separately
• Semi-rigid cuffs sit concealed in the thigh and calf sections
• E-Z Wraparound design with E-Z Grip handles for putting the brace on
• Sizing works from thigh circumference measured 15 cm above the middle of the kneecap

Liner, sizes and sides

The liner uses DonJoy® C-6 Fabric Technology: pure carbon threads woven into a breathable, moisture-wicking fabric that is antimicrobial, soft on the skin and designed to help control temperature and odour. The brace is Unisex and latex free, comes in Black, and runs from size XS to XXXL. Two orientations are made, one for each affected compartment, so the side matters as much as the size.

Have the affected compartment confirmed by a GP, physiotherapist or orthotist, as the brace is handed. Check the size guide before ordering; correct fit is important for comfort and effective compression. For prescribed compression, follow your clinician's advice.
