I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

Returns Policy 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if
you need to return an item, here’s what you need to know:

  • Items can only be returned if they are in the same condition as when you received them. Please check your goods when they arrive to make sure they match your order.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days unless the item is faulty.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been tried on or worn.

If we’ve made a genuine mistake with your order, simply return the item in its original packaging, unworn, and we’ll happily exchange it or issue a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)

Faulty items

  • Faulty items can be returned within 180 days (unless stated otherwise).
  • If the faulty item has been tried on or worn, we kindly ask that you launder it before returning.

Important notes

  • We’re only able to process a refund or replacement once the original item has been received at our warehouse.
  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been correctly dispensed against a valid prescription.

Returns number

All returns need a returns number from Daylong Direct
before they can be processed. To get your returns number, just give our Customer Care team a call on 0800 195 0160.

Please make sure this returns number is clearly quoted on your parcel when you send it back this helps us deal with your return quickly and smoothly.
