If you need to return something you’ve bought online, here’s what to do:
- Make sure your item is in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and unworn.
- Fill in the returns slip on the right-hand side of your invoice.
- Take your parcel to the Post Office and send it to:

- Please keep hold of the free Certificate of Posting. This includes a unique number that can help us trace your parcel if it goes missing.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund straight back to your credit or debit card.
Important to know
- You’ll need to cover the postage cost, unless the item is faulty.
- We’re unable to refund the original postage and packing charges unless your goods are faulty.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
