How do I return items bought online?

If you need to return something you’ve bought online, here’s what to do:

  1. Make sure your item is in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and unworn.
  2. Fill in the returns slip on the right-hand side of your invoice.
  3. Take your parcel to the Post Office and send it to:

  1. Please keep hold of the free Certificate of Posting. This includes a unique number that can help us trace your parcel if it goes missing.
  2. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund straight back to your credit or debit card.

Important to know

  • You’ll need to cover the postage cost, unless the item is faulty.
  • We’re unable to refund the original postage and packing charges unless your goods are faulty.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
