Self care has never been so important following the Coronavirus outbreak. It has impacted on us all in so many ways; social isolation means that we are unable to spend face-to-face time with our loved ones, while healthcare professionals and carers may not be able to visit as often or at all, placing a greater responsibility on us to self-care. Now more than ever, we feel this support and advice is needed in light of the challenges that the Covid 19 pandemic is placing on all our lives, especially for those of us living with a long-term condition that requires managing with compression garments.
