DonJoy® OA Reaction Web Knee Brace for Osteoarthritis

Silicone web cushioning in a low-profile knee brace

The OA Reaction Web from DonJoy® uses an open silicone web in place of a solid shell, so the brace stays light and sits close under clothing. A single aluminium upright and a silicone condyle pad offload one side of the joint. It is designed for early to mild single-compartment (unicompartmental) osteoarthritis of the knee.

How the offloading works

• Patented silicone WEB technology in a hexagonal pattern, designed to cushion the joint and absorb shock
• Silicone condyle pad sits over the affected compartment with a non-slip grip
• Single lightweight aluminium upright, adjustable to increase the level of offloading
• Supplied for either medial or lateral relief, so the brace matches the side causing pain
• May help ease pain at the front of the knee during activity such as walking, golf or hiking

Fit, fabric and what comes with it

The wraparound design adjusts at four points for a snug fit, and it goes on over the fitted undersleeve supplied with the brace. Moisture-wicking fabric and padded cuff liners make it easier to wear all day. Latex free. Unisex, in Grey, sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL and XXXL.

To size it, measure your thigh circumference 15 cm above the middle of your kneecap and check the size guide. Ask a GP, physiotherapist or orthotist to confirm which compartment needs offloading before you order, and follow their advice on wearing time.
