European Class 2 below knee stockings in a firmer knit

ActiLymph® is knitted stiffer than everyday support hosiery, so it holds its shape on a swollen leg instead of giving way. The stocking gives European Class 2 graduated compression, 23-32mmHg, firmest at the ankle and easing up the calf. It is made by Lohmann & Rauscher for the management of lymphoedema and chronic swelling of the lower leg.

Sizes, colours and daily wear

Sizes run Small to XX-Large, in Black or Sand, and the fit is Unisex. Put the stocking on first thing in the morning, before swelling builds through the day. An application aid or a pair of rubber gloves makes a firm class easier to handle. European class numbers do not match British Standard class numbers of the same figure, so check which system your clinician has specified. Machine washable at up to 40°C.
