A combined arm sleeve and hand piece with a silicone topband

The sleeve and the hand piece come as one garment here, so there is no gap at the wrist. JOBST® Bella Lite Class 1 Combined Arm with Silicone Topband gives US Class 1 compression (15-20mmHg) and is designed for the ongoing management of mild to moderate lymphoedema and other swelling of the arm and hand. It is circular-knit, soft and air permeable, with a band of silicone at the top to help hold it in place.

Fitting and washing

Sizes Small, Medium and Large, in Regular and Long lengths, in Beige. Fitting takes measurements at several points on the arm and hand, so have them taken by your nurse or fitter rather than working from an old size. Put the sleeve on first thing in the morning, before the arm swells through the day. It is machine washable.

It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments. That's why Daylong Shop recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the garment works correctly and feels comfortable.
