JOBST® Bella Lite Class 1 Arm Sleeve Support

A soft circular-knit arm sleeve at 15-20mmHg

A lightweight arm sleeve for daily wear, knitted in the round so there is no seam running along the arm. JOBST® Bella Lite gives 15-20mmHg of compression, rated US Class 1 on JOBST's own scale, and is designed for the management of mild to moderate lymphoedema and other swelling of the arm. The knit is latex-free and air-permeable.

Fitting and wearing

The sleeve covers the arm and stops short of the hand, so a separate gauntlet is worn where the hand is swollen as well. Most people put a sleeve on first thing, when swelling is at its lowest. The 15-20mmHg figure is JOBST's own US Class 1 band rather than a British Standard class, so compare it carefully with anything your clinic has recommended.

It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments. That's why Daylong Shop recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the garment works correctly and feels comfortable. Compression hosiery may not be suitable for everyone.
