Solidea® Arm Care Class 2

Class 2 arm compression held by a shoulder strap, not a silicone band

The Solidea® Arm Care Class 2 is a compression arm sleeve that stays put using a strap across the back and opposite shoulder instead of a grip band at the top. It gives Solidea Class 2 compression, 23-32mmHg, graduated so it is firmest at the wrist and eases towards the shoulder. It is designed for the ongoing management of arm swelling, including lymphoedema.

• Solidea Class 2 compression, 23-32mmHg, firm
• Graduated pressure running from wrist to shoulder
• Stitchless knit, so there is no seam down the length of the arm
• Dorsal strap wraps around the back and opposite shoulder to help stop the sleeve sliding down
• 80% Polyamide, 20% Elastane
• Latex-free

Sizes and colours

Unisex, in sizes S, M, L and XL, and in Camel, Natur or Nero. Sizing comes from arm measurements rather than clothing size. A pair of household rubber gloves makes a firm sleeve much easier to draw up, and saves the knit from snagging on rings or nails.

It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments. That's why Daylong Shop recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the garment works correctly and feels comfortable.
