How to Use:

Putting On:

1. Carefully stretch the black seal opening at the top of the boot.
2. Gently insert your foot and lower leg into the foot cover.
3. Adjust the position, then pull the seal down so it sits smoothly and snugly against the skin above the ankle/injury site before bathing.

Taking Off:

4. Post-shower, dry the exterior of the boot and the seal area thoroughly.
5. Safely break the watertight seal by carefully rolling the black seal edge upwards and outwards, away from the skin surface.
6. Gently slide the cover downwards off your foot and leg.
