JOBST® Classic Class 3 Compression Tights

Waist-high tights at RAL Class 3, 34-46mmHg

The JOBST® Classic Class 3 Compression Tights give RAL Class 3 graduated compression at 34-46mmHg, firmest at the ankle and easing up the leg. That is an extra firm level, designed for the management of varicose veins and chronic venous insufficiency. Every size comes with an Open Toe. That leaves the toes free and can help with shoe fit.

Knit and breathability

  • Microfine fabric in a circular knit
  • Open loop knitting structure, which allows a high degree of air permeability
  • Reinforced foot area
  • Moisture-management knit, designed to help keep feet dry
  • Free from latex
  • Made by Essity®

Size range and wear

Sizes run I/XS, II/S, III/M, IV/L, V/XL and VI/XXL, in Petite and Regular lengths. Two colours: Pearl and Sand. Measure first thing in the morning, before any swelling builds up. Extra firm tights take some effort to pull on, so keep rubber gloves or a donning aid to hand.

It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments. That's why Daylong Shop recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the garment works correctly and feels comfortable.

Compression hosiery may not be suitable for everyone. If you have diabetes, circulation problems, reduced sensation, fragile skin, heart failure or a diagnosed vascular condition, speak to a healthcare professional before using compression.
