Sheer microfibre tights in RAL Class 1 compression

Fine microfibre tights that do a medical job. Varisan® Fashion Class 1 Tights carry RAL Class 1 compression (18-21mmHg), graduated so the pressure is firmest at the ankle and eases up the leg. They are made by Cizeta Medicali, the Italian company behind the Varisan® range, and are designed for the management of varicose veins and tired, aching legs.

Sizes, lengths and toe styles

Sizes run 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, each in two leg lengths: Normal and Short. Toe style is a choice of Closed Toe or Open Toe, and the colours are Black and Lama. Measurements are best taken first thing in the morning, before swelling builds through the day, and the size chart works from those numbers rather than a usual dress size. Sheer knits snag easily, so rings and rough nails are the usual culprits. Gather the tights down to the toe and work them up the leg in stages.
