SIGVARIS® Essential COMFORTABLE Class 2 Thigh with Waist Attachment

Thigh-length Class 2 compression that fastens to a waist attachment

SIGVARIS® Essential COMFORTABLE Class 2 is a thigh-length compression stocking that stays up from a waist attachment rather than a silicone grip top. Compression is RAL Class 2 (23-32mmHg), firmest at the ankle and easing up the leg, and the stocking is designed for the management of varicose veins and tired, aching legs. The knit is opaque and soft against the skin.

How it stays up

The waist attachment does the job a grip top does on other thigh stockings. That makes it an option where silicone on the thigh is a problem, or where only one leg is being treated. Put the stocking on in stages: work it over the foot and heel first, settle it at the calf, then bring it up the thigh before fastening. Rushing that last part drags the fabric out of line.

It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments. That's why Daylong Shop recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the garment works correctly and feels comfortable.
