SIGVARIS® COMPREFLEX Complete Calf

Adjustable calf wrap with AccuTab® tension guides

The SIGVARIS® COMPREFLEX Complete Calf is an adjustable compression wrap for the lower leg, fastened with overlapping hook and loop bands rather than pulled on like a stocking. It gives an adjustable resting compression of 20-50mmHg and is designed for the management of lymphoedema and chronic venous disease. Patented AccuTab® tabs show the tension, so the same setting can be repeated each time it goes on.

Compression and adjustment

  • Adjustable resting compression of 20-50mmHg
  • AccuTab® tension indicators for a repeatable setting
  • Overlapping bands loosen and tighten as swelling changes through the day
  • Double stitched for durability
  • Latex free

Liners, fabric and sizes

A pair of SIGVARIS Complete Liners comes with the wrap. The liners go on first, next to the skin: soft, breathable, moisture-wicking and giving mild graduated compression to the foot, ankle and calf. Over them, the wrap uses soft, conforming Breathe-O Prene, with a stated composition of 39% polyamide, 28% polyurethane foam, 22% cotton, 8% elastane and 3% polyester. It comes in Regular and Tall lengths, sizes Small to XX-Large, in Beige or Black.

It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments. That's why Daylong Shop recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the garment works correctly and feels comfortable. Compression hosiery may not be suitable for everyone. If you have diabetes, circulation problems, reduced sensation, fragile skin, heart failure or a diagnosed vascular condition, speak to a healthcare professional before using compression.
