RAL Class 2 compression in a business rib knit
Mediven® for Men is knitted to look like an ordinary men's sock, with a business rib leg and a flat, everyday finish. Under that look it is a RAL Class 2 (23-32mmHg) graduated compression stocking, firm at the ankle and easing as it goes up the calf. It is designed for the management of varicose veins and mild oedema in the lower leg.

Knit, fit and daily wear
The range is made for men with no, or a mild to moderate, tendency to venous oedema. The toe is shaped to the anatomy of the foot and marked right and left, so each stocking goes on the correct side. Circular knitting keeps the surface even and the leg plain under trousers. Morning is the time to put the stocking on, before the leg starts to swell, because that is when the leg is at its smallest and the fabric runs up most easily. The Petite length suits a shorter lower leg and sits below the knee crease rather than bunching behind it.
