Class 1 thigh hold up with the low-friction Sensitive topband

Thigh-length compression in an opaque knit that looks like ordinary hosiery. The difference here is the Sensitive topband: a soft silicone band made for less friction against the skin, holding the stocking at the top of the thigh with no suspender belt. Compression is RAL Class 1 (18-21mmHg), moderate and graduated, firmest at the ankle, designed for the management of varicose veins and tired, aching legs.

Finish, yarn and colours

The knit is opaque, with a finish designed to cover small veins, scars and blemishes rather than draw the eye to them. Essity® uses a blend of soft yarns that moves moisture away from the skin. Five colours are offered: Black, Bronze, Caramel, Navy and Sand. Work the stocking up the leg in stages rather than hauling on the topband, and keep nails and rings clear of the knit.
