JOBST® FarrowWrap® OTS Arm Sleeve Wrap

An adjustable arm wrap you can put on with one hand

The JOBST® FarrowWrap® OTS Arm Sleeve Wrap is an off-the-shelf compression wrap for the upper limb, made from overlapping hook-and-loop bands rather than an elastic knit. You set each band yourself, so the tension can be re-adjusted as limb volume changes through the day. It is designed for the management of lymphoedema and swelling of the arm, and it is latex free.

Putting it on and adjusting it

The wrap opens flat and closes around the arm, so there is no pulling a sleeve over the hand.

  • Wrap-around design, made to be put on with one hand
  • Overlapping bands set the compression along the arm and can be reset as swelling fluctuates
  • Non-slip silicone band helps hold the wrap in place
  • Worn day and night if your clinician advises it
  • Latex free
  • From JOBST®, part of Essity®

Sizes and colours

Sizes Small, Medium and Large, in Short, Regular and Long lengths, in Beige or Black. Sizing is off-the-shelf, so arm measurements decide which size and length to order. Keep the hook-and-loop fastenings clear of fluff and hair, as debris on the hooks makes the bands harder to set evenly.

It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments. That's why Daylong Shop recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the garment works correctly and feels comfortable.

Compression hosiery may not be suitable for everyone. If you have diabetes, circulation problems, reduced sensation, fragile skin, heart failure or a diagnosed vascular condition, speak to a healthcare professional before using compression.
