JOBST® FarrowWrap® Lite Footpiece

Adjustable foot wrap from the FarrowWrap® Lite range

The JOBST® FarrowWrap® Lite Footpiece covers the foot in short-stretch bands that fasten with hook and loop, so it goes on and comes off without being pulled up over the leg. It is part of the JOBST® FarrowWrap® Lite system from Essity®, designed for the management of lymphoedema and other long-term swelling of the lower limb. Lite uses the thinner fabric in the FarrowWrap® range, which keeps the wrap low in profile under a sock.

Fastening and daily use

  • Overlapping hook-and-loop bands that close by hand
  • Tension can be reset through the day as swelling rises or falls
  • Short-stretch (inelastic) fabric, the construction used across the FarrowWrap® range
  • Comes off for skin checks and washing, then goes back on
  • Latex free

Sizes and colour

The footpiece is Unisex and comes in Beige. Sizes run X-Small, Small, Medium, Large and X-Large, each in Regular and Long lengths. Foot shape changes as swelling goes up or down, so the size measured at the start of treatment may not be the size needed later on. Keep the hook-and-loop fastenings clear of fluff and hair, or the bands stop gripping properly.

It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments. That's why Daylong Shop recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the garment works correctly and feels comfortable.

Compression hosiery may not be suitable for everyone. If you have diabetes, circulation problems, reduced sensation, fragile skin, heart failure or a diagnosed vascular condition, speak to a healthcare professional before using compression.
