Choosing a size and washing
Five sizes, S, M, L, XL and XXL, in Black or Sand. Take your measurements first thing in the morning, before any swelling builds up through the day, then check them against the size guide. The tights are machine washable. Household rubber gloves help when you pull them on: they grip the knit and let you work it up the leg a bit at a time, rather than dragging everything from the ankle. Many people keep a second pair, so one can be washed while the other is worn.
It's important to get the right fit when it comes to compression garments.
