They slip down very quickly

Sonnie Wing

I did all the measurements and ordered a large. Whilst ok to get on i found the top of the socks roll slightly at the back and dig into the top of my calf under the knee. So, I ordered an extra large and there is no difference. I wear these for flying and find they do not stay put even when sitting.

I have suffered with leg ulcers on and off for some years now, I find compression socks really helpful in dealing with these.

I was very pleased when my package arrived and discovered a pair as I thought it was just going to be one and at the time I only needed one but now need both.

I bought the biggest size xxlarge and they were tight so don't know how anyone with very large legs would manage.

Recommended this product by my vascular surgeon. Very easy to put on and didn't roll down for full duration. Very comfortable.

I am supposed to wear full stockings, but due to medical and disability situation I can no longer use them, so I switched to socks, it's still a bit awkward for me but at least I can get them on eventually, and the main thing is they are well made and comfortable to wear, and they keep the swelling ankles and calves down, not seen my ankles in a long time.

They are inclined to slip down during the day

When I was told that I suffered from Venous Insufficiency in one of my legs I was given a pair of support stockings by the hospital and was told that I should continue to wear these during the day to relieve the symptoms. The elasticity of these stockings, however, was only at calf level and, like squashing a balloon, all the swelling in the calf was pushed to the ankle which then distended to a grotesque level. Following a bit of research into this condition, I found the Credalast stockings on the Daylong Direct site and ordered these. They immediately gave full relief across both the calf and ankle regions and the swelling was fully relieved. They are comfortable and look and feel for all the world just like socks. They are tricky to put on but I then purchased the Arion device which allows you to just slide the socks on, so the morning ritual of putting the stockings on is done in 30 seconds. I would have no hesitation in recommending these for anyone in similar circumstances who want a good product that is effective and easy to use and reduces what could be a daily burden into just something you wear every day and don't think about.

Wrong sizing makes it impossible to use. Marked on packaging and the socks themselves as XL, they can only be a large at best. most likely a medium. Now I have to go through the returns process, and shant buy any more as the same problem will be there.

Bob Cooper

Not suitable for me as the instructions stated these socks should not be worn by people with certain medical conditions. It would help if this information was stated on the website

More comfort - top edge double seamed, easy to fit.
