Altiform® Class 1 Below Knee

Altiform® British Standard compression hosiery is specially designed to improve blood circulation in the legs. It provides graduated compression that gently squeezes the leg, pushing the blood back towards the heart and reducing fluid build-up at the ankle.

  • Exceptional stretch makes it easy to apply, with a unique elasticated toe and heel design
  • Soft, light-weight fabric: for silky-smooth feel and enhanced comfort
  • Latex free
  • Manufactured in the UK
  • Accredited by the British Skin Foundation

Our Class I Compression is especially suited for superficial or early varices, swollen or aching legs and ankles, long distance travel. Suitable for pregnant women.

Note: Daylong recommends that you contact a nurse, GP or pharmacist to ensure that compression hosiery is appropriate for you. If so, you will then need to be measured in order to obtain the correct size which will ensure that the hosiery works correctly and feels comfortable.

I had some of these, originally, on prescription from the doctor. So I bought some of my own, to save the NHS. They are quite easy to put on and fit well. The only downside, not only yours but others too, is that the top of the tops are a little too tight.

The support stocking's were ideal for doing what it says, giving support, but not too thick so they were comfortable to wear, the only problem I found was the seam at the toe's which gave .e a blister on my big toe which turned into an ulcer. But I then tried the open toe stocking's which were ideal
