What if I’m missing an item from my order?

If something’s missing from your parcel, don’t
worry we’ll help get it sorted. Please contact our Customer Care team by calling 0800 195 0160 or emailing sales@daylongdirect.co.uk.

If you’ve ordered more than one item, it’s possible
that the rest of your order is on its way separately. We’ll always send the items we have in stock straight away, so you don’t have to wait.

To help us resolve things quickly, please include the following details in your enquiry:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used when placing your order
  • Your web order number (it begins with “#000”)

The product name and SKU code of the missing
item
