My item seems to be faulty. What can I do?

To help us sort things quickly, please include the
following details in your enquiry:

  • Your full name
  • The email address you used when placing your order
  • Your web order number (it begins with “#000”)
  • The product name and SKU code of the faulty item

We may ask you to send the item back for inspection, or request some photos, so we can resolve the issue as smoothly as possible.
